Do you fund sole proprietors, or only corporations/partnerships?

Many MCA providers fund:

• Corporations and partnerships, and
• Sole proprietors / self-employed owners

For sole proprietors, expect:

• Extra ID and bank verification
• Possibly a personal guarantee
• A closer look at your personal credit and tax status

Structuring your business as a corporation can open more options, but it’s not always required.
