Do you charge any non-sufficient funds (NSF) or late fees?

If your remittance is collected via PAD and a debit bounces, most providers will charge:

  • An NSF feefor each returned payment
  • Possibly a late feeif the account isn’t brought up to date within a short time

If you’re concerned about NSFs, split-funding (percentage of card sales) can help, since payments are taken directly from card batches rather than from your bank account.
